Virtual Sessions

Individuals & Groups

For individuals

One-on-one, customized training. Our most YOU-focused offering. In your first session, you’ll receive a comprehensive evaluation, followed by a written assessment and personalized training plan in the second. In the sessions that follow, we’ll dig deep into your most immediate mental performance needs and then follow your individual training plan.

For Groups

Here we’ll focus on developing and addressing individual training plans in a group setting. Each athlete will receive a comprehensive evaluation in the first session. By the end of the second session, attendees will be provided an individual written assessment and personalized training plan to be discussed as a group. Members of the group session will benefit from discussing performance needs and learning from each other’s training plans.

Team Sessions

A collaborative team initiative. Topics discussed in Team Sessions are developed by Mental Edge Athletic Training in partnership with a team’s coaching staff to address team needs. Included are a variety of sessions, scheduled at the convenience of the team, to be delivered in person or virtually. This collaboration is designed to develop focus and provide the basics of Mental Edge Athletic Training.

Online Mental Edge Education

This multi-week instructor led deep dive will include a tailored set of virtual sessions that thoroughly review mental performance skills, leadership, and teamwork topics. Each session will consist of a 45-minute video, an instructor-monitored discussion board, and a virtual check-in with the instructor. Athletes will be placed in cohorts by age to create a positive learning environment for critical thinking on the discussion board topics. View courses and register here.
